We anticipate that the E-Services Portal will be released on the website by late August /early September 2013.
The General E-Service functionality will allow users to submit the majority of service requests but not as specific as the services that will be offered to registered users.
The General E-Services will include high volume service requests such as:
- 24/7 Secured Receipt of Inquiries & Request for Quotations.
- Administrative Assistance (Making appointments, follow-up/changes on meeting schedule, Accommodation arrangements for visiting clients, UAE Visa Assistance, etc..
The concept of the General E-Services functionality design is for the user to classify the E-Service request/s through a selection of drop down menu options containing all available eService requests.
The user will then upload a single or multiple supporting forms/documents which contain the majority of the information required to complete the E-Service request.
The Registered E-Service functionality will allow members access to the E-Services Portal in order to:
- Register/Update information
- Upload files
- Submit requests
- Recieve updates directly to their account
We are developing user documentation including: 'How to' videos, interactive user guides and screen shots to assist users with the transition process to use this new functionality.
These reference documents will be published on our website and will be communicated via the E-Services mailing list which will also be available soon.
